Terms of Service
Requesting service
MaxShine Detailing provides mobile services at an agreed customer location. Submitting a time request or quote form does not confirm an appointment. Max reviews the request and confirms the job directly. Preferred dates and windows are requests, and more than one customer may request the same time.
Prices and agreed work
Listed standard prices identify the services offered. Ceramic coating, paint correction and star headliner installation require a vehicle-specific quote. The final scope and any applicable price are agreed with Max before work. General information on service pages is not a promise that every technique or treatment is included.
Vehicle and location information
Provide accurate contact, vehicle and service-location details and describe known damage or unusual conditions. Obtain any required permission for work at the location. Preparation, access and site suitability are discussed with Max; no particular utilities or facilities are assumed by the request form.
Payments
Where payment is offered through Stripe, Stripe handles the payment transaction. Do not submit card details through service-request forms. Payment arrangements are confirmed directly for the agreed work; these starter terms do not establish a deposit, cancellation fee or refund schedule.
Information and photos
The forms collect the details needed to review requests and arrange service. Customer data is not sold. Submit only photos and information you are entitled to share. Form submission does not grant permission to publish customer photos as marketing results. See the Privacy page for information about data use and analytics cookies.
Service expectations and questions
Cleaning, polishing and restoration have limits, particularly where materials are worn or damaged. No warranty term, completion duration or guaranteed defect removal is established by these starter terms. Discuss your goals and any concerns with Max before agreeing the work, and contact him directly about changes to a request.
